Comment:

Fairfield Opportunity Farm is a specialist College of Further Education providing education, independent living and vocational training courses for 16-25yr olds. Courses are 2/3 years, day or residential but can be tailored to meet the individuals perceived needs. Courses include, Communication and Numeracy, Engineering, Woodwork, Agriculture (Dairy farming), Horticulture and Equestrian studies, and Independant Living courses are followed in these subjects. Funding is usually applied for by Social Worker or Career Officer, available from the Learning Skills Council from April 2001. Private clients also accepted.
