We provide information using a variety of resources on a wealth of subjects. The main resource used is our own GUiDE database, the largest of its kind in the county holding over 4,000 records of local and national organisations and services. GUiDE also holds a vast range of leaflets, factsheets, newsletters and directories etc, as well as having access to a number of computerised databases.

Both of these programmes contain information on a wide range of physical and mental health conditions with associated treatments.

Holds 20,000 items of equipment for people with any kind of special need - each record contains details of the product, its cost and where it is available from in the UK.

Contains over 3,000 grant making organisations and charities which may fund individuals or organisations in need.
