Stroud CLDT is a multi-disciplinary team based at Standish, and covering the Stroud locality. The Team offers a co-ordinated service to people with a learning disability, their carers and other professionals. They can provide a wide range of help and advice covering mobility, communication, occupation skills, independence training, behaviour, relationships, health and medication. They liaise with other agencies concerned with the care of people with learning disabilities. Office normally open 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri. Answerphone in operation out of hours.
