This is one of five main benefit offices in Gloucestershire ( the other four are in Gloucester, Cheltenham, Cinderford & Cirencester.)
Office hours are - Monday 8.30am to 400pm, Tuesday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Wednesday 10.00.to 4.00pm, Thursday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Friday 8.30 to 3.30pm.
Switchboard hours - Monday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Tuesday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Wednesday 9.30 to 4.00pm, Thursday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm.
If you need to discuss benefits after someone has died, please call to make an appointment, otherwise just call in.
Stroud benefir office no longer processes any benefits for customers over pension age. We do not deal with Winter Fuel Payment enquiries. We do now process all Bereavement Benefits for customers below pension age for all other sites within Gloucetsershire.
