This is one of five main benefit offices in Gloucestershire ( the other four are in Gloucester, Cinderford, Stroud and Cirencester). Office hours are - Monday 8.30 to 400pm, Tuesday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Wednesday 10.00 to 4.00pm, Thursday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Friday 8.30 to 3.30pm. Switchboard hours - Monday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Tuesday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Wednesday 9.30 to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30 to 4.00pm. There are full access facilities for disabled people, including an accessible interview room. You can call for an appointment to clarify benefit details after a death, otherwise no appointment is necessary.
