This is one of the five main benefit offices in Gloucestershire (the others are in Cheltenham, Cinderford, Stroud & Cirencester).
Office hours are - Monday 8.30am to 4.00pm, Tuesday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Wednesday 10.00 to 4.00pm, Thursday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Friday 8.30 to 3.30pm.
Switchboard hours - Monday 8.30am to 4.00pm, Tuesday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Wednesday 10.00 to 4.00pm, Thursday 8.30 to 4.00pm, Friday 8.30 to 4.00pm.
There is an interview room for disabled people. People wishing to clarify benefit details after a death can phone to make an appointment, otherwise no appointment is necessary. (N)
