This is a free service to help older & disabled home owners who have problems with their property. An Adviser will visit you at home to discuss your needs with you and help you find the best answer. This may include finding a surveyor and reliable contractors, advising on grants or loans, helping to supervise the work and helping you to cope with any problems which may arise whilst the work is being done, or after completion. Various options will be discussed with you but, at the end of the day, the decision is yours. A handyperson service and security check scheme is also available. No repairs carried out above first floor level (ie roofs). Materials to be paid for by client and labour charged at a max of £10. No decorating, gardening gas or fixed wire repairs.
