The upgraded Assessment and Rehabilitation Unit provides multi-disciplinary assessment, and rehabilitation to suit individual needs for clients of all ages. It aims to prevent some hospital admissions, reduce the length of stay of others, and maximise a persons potential for an independent and better quality of life. Staff also involve and support the Carers.
