Corinium Talking News

Comment: |
This service uses standard C90 tapes to bring local news and items of interest to people unable to read normal print. A cassette is sent every 2 weeks and returned via a free postal service. The cassettes can be played on a standard cassette player, special players can be loaned if difficulties are experienced operating a standard machine. Apply direct to Mrs. Miles (Tel 01285 655604) for an application form. If you are not registered as blind or partially sighted a GP or Optician should complete the form for you. The service operates from an office in the new multi-agency centre with the Cirencester Volunteer Bureau.
