Cancer & Leukaemia In Childhood Trust

Comment:

The Cancer & Leukaemia in Childhood Trust was founded in 1976 by Bristol businessman Robert Woodward who, with the full support of the Director of Child Health at Bristol University, Professor Neville Butler and the late Dr Gerald Davies, established a registered national charity with three main aims. To help improve treatment and clinical care, to promote research and to give support to families of children undergoing treatment for cancer. CLIC keeps administrative overheads to a minimum but depends on volunteers to raise funds.
