The FoD CLDT is a multi-disciplinary team of Health Service professionals working together to provide help and advice to adults and children with a learning disability living in the FoD area. The Team consists of three Community Nurses, a Counselling Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, two Occupational Therapists, a Physiotherapist and a Physiotherapy Assistant.
The Team works closely with a Consultant Psychiatrist (based in Gloucester) and a Specialist Social Worker, who is based locally at Dean House in Cinderford.
The services of a Dietician and a Behavioural Nurse Therapist are also available to the team.
