The CLDT is a team of professionals who work with people with learning disabilities in the Gloucester Locality to enable them to live in the community. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Community Nurses (incl. 2 CN's working with children), a Speech & Language Therapist, Physiotherapist, Clinical Psychologist, Psychology Support Worker and Team Co-ordinator. They work with a Consultant Psychiatrist also based at Heathfield and a Dietician based at Gloucester Royal Hospital.
