The objectives of the Society are to offer free emotional support to cancer patients and their relatives through counselling, telephone link service, information and through support groups throughout England, Wales and Scotland. Practical help is available from local groups according to their individual resources. Contact Head Office for details. The Society is also equiped with a Group Work project funded by the National Lottery and which takes place in Romsey. Other centres currently exist in Merthyr Tydfil, Mountain Asf and Dereham.
