Extend offers a Teacher Training programme to help promote the quality of life for the over sixties and disabled people of all ages. Movement to music is taught using graded exercises. Emphasis is on enjoyment and recreation. Extend aims thereby to help maintain as full a life as possible whether they are still living at home or in long-stay care.
