Forest of Dean Crossroads Scheme for Carers is a service offering respite to Carers of those with severe physical disabilities, older people with mental health problems and Young Carers. Also offers emotional support as well as practical tasks. Referrals can be made by the Carer themselves or through local authorities and other voluntary organisations. Also the Carer does not have to be residing in the same home as those they care for. Forest of Dean Crossroads does not charge for its services but donations are always welcome.
