The aim of Breakthrough is to develop innovative work with deaf and hearing people of all ages which enables them to improve their quality of life through Contact, Information & Training (CIT). Operates through four regions - London (0208-853 2683), Southern Counties (01252-313 882), Newcastle (0191 478 6963 ) and West Midlands (0121-415 5900) - all those numbers are text phones - where there are 6 centres offering the CIT programme.
