Charcot Marie Tooth Disease is a hereditary, genetic & slowly progressive condition affecting lower legs & arms. It is also known as Hereditary Motor & Sensory Neuropathy. The organisation aims to provide information & support for families affected by the disease. There are approximately 1,100 members throughout the UK. Many members hold fund raising events for administrative costs & research. A quarterly newsletter is available to members.
