The Advisory Committee on Telecommunications for Disabled and Elderly People (DIEL) aims to promote the needs of disabled and older telephone users and to provide an independent bridge between them and the telecommunications industry. Produces information leaflets. Advice and information is available by telephoning (9am-5pm weekdays) on 020-7634 8773 (Speech), 020-7634 8769 (Text-Minicom), or fax on 020-7634 8924. The OFTEL complaints line is available on 0845-714 5000 for anyone who wishes to complain about their telephone service.
