The Citizens Advice Bureau offers free, independent & confidential advice in the following areas - legal matters, consumer problems, debt, personal & family affairs, neighbour dispute mediation, housing, welfare benefits & others (we offer specialist advice/representation in debt, benefits, employment and housing).Our aim is to ensure that individuals do not suffer through ignorance of their rights & responsibilities or of the services available, or through an inability to express their needs effectively. Opening hours are: Tel. Mon to Fri 9.30 to 4.30, Sat 10.00 to 12.00; Drop in Mon to Fri 10.00 to 4.00, Sat 10.00 to 12.00. There is an outreach service at Tewkes. Mon Wed Thurs Fri 10.00 to 1.00 and Tues. 10.00. to 4.00, and at Moreton in Marsh on Wed 10.00 to 1.00.
