Association organises conferences & specialist events & provides informed comment on many current issues. Members experienced in a wide range of counselling practices in unemployment, alcoholism, drug abuse, relationships, bereavement, AIDS-HIV, counselling in the NHS & educational settings. Provides a local list of counselling services if an SAE is received, (A5 size). Publishes a quarterly journal & has developed Codes of Ethics & Practice for Counsellors, Trainers, Supervisors of Counsellors and Complaints Procedure. Minicom 01788-572838.
