FAIR SHARES is a new kind of money based on time. You earn one Fair Share for each hour that you spend providing a service for another participant. You can spend your Fair Shares when you need a service from someone else, give them to a member of your family who needs some help or save them up for future use.
Joy is the co-ordinator for the projects; there are now 4 in Gloucester - at Podsmead, Matson, White City and Coney Hill. They can be found at the Community Project centres.
Also in Joy's 'patch' are Fair shares at Newent, Whaddon (Cheltenham) and Stonehouse - see separate entries.
