This service operates a Benefits Advice Line which customers of Gloucester City Council can contact us on. Alternatively anyone can visit the Customer Services Section which is located on the ground floor of the offices and speak to a member of staff trained to deal with Housing and Council Tax Benefit enquiries. No appointment is necessary, but there is an appointment service available to those who want it. To make an appointment see a member of staff or phone 01452-396 407. Disabled facilities are available including a wheelchair access ramp, parking immediately outside the building, induction loops, officers qualified in sign language and disabled toilets.
