Soulutions is a support service for young people that have been looked after by Social Services, and who are leaving care. A personal advisor will be allocated to the young person and a pathway plan drawn up, and reviewed on a regular basis.
They also offer a countywide floating support service for young people, through the Supporting People programme on 01452 529187.
