The Macular Disease Support Group - Cheltenham is the local support group for the Macular Disease Society, and meets on the last Friday of each month, at the Friends Meeting House in Warwick Place, Cheltenham. They aim to provide:
information about the disease and how to cope with it;
demonstrations of low vision aids;
talks on a variety of subjects;
organise outings to places of interest, the theatre and concerts;
opportunities to meet and talk with others who have an understanding of macular disease and experience of living with it effectively.
The Macular Disease Support Group - Cheltenham is informal and friendly and welcomes new members - but PLEASE phone Genevieve first.
