Magnolia Services offers supported accommodation to women aged sixteen to twenty five years who are pregnant or have children under five years. The accommodation comprises one core house. A support plan identifying the individual's needs is drawn up and agreed by the service user and their linkworker. They assist women to develop the necessary skills to maintain a future tenancy and to manage a household with a small child. Staff actively work with tenants towards achieving permanent independent accommodation.
