If you are not satisfied with any aspect of Social Service provision firstly talk to the staff member concerned or their Manager or, you can make a complaint. There are three Stages to the Complaints Procedure. The first Stage offers an opportunity for the local manager to resolve the problem. If you are still dissatisfied the Customer Relations Officer will do a full investigation.

A leaflet giving full details of the complaints procedure is available in a number of formats (makaton, Gujarati and on video with subtitles etc.) from your local Social Services office.
