District Nurses provide nursing care for people in their own homes. Referrals to the service can be made from anyone - a professional person, neighbour, friend or relative. When asked for help, the District Nurse visits the home and assesses the situation, discussing any treatment or care needed. District Nurses work very closely with GP's and other agencies, and can be contacted through their own GP or Frithwood Surgery on the above number.
This service covers Chalford Hill, Bussage, Eastcombe, Oakridge and Bisley areas.
