Rookwood Driving Assessment Centre offers:
(1) assessment by a multi disciplinary team to determine fitness to drive;
(2) advice about car adaptations;
(3) details about benefits connected with mobility and insurance, funding etc.
(4) passenger assessment.
For clients from Wales and parts of SW England a written referral giving details about you and your medical condition should be addressed to Sandra Hutchings, Driving Assessment Service, Rookwood Hospital, Llandaff, Cardiff CF5 2YN. Queries can be answered by letter or phone. Referral for full assessment has to be from GP or Consultant or can be made privateley by individuals.
