SevaLine is the contact line for people who speak Gujerati who want to contact Gloucestershire Social Services' Adult Helpdesk. The Helpdesk (see separate record) is the first point of contact for Social Services in the County - it is where all general enquiries regarding Social Services and requests for new referrals for adults and older people are received. Adult Helpdesk can provide information and help for adults and older people, their carers and relatives - regarding social care, health, housing, financial and general support needs.
SevaLine is a confidential service and is staffed by Gujerati speaking Customer Service Officers.
