Mobileyes provides domiciliary eyecare services to housebound persons, and supplies spectacles if required. Mobileyes is registered with the General Optical Council and holds contracts with the appropriate National Health Service Authorities to supply general opthalmic services, including vouchers towards costs of spectacles for certain groups of patients in receipt of benefits - income support being the most common. An ansaphone service is available twenty four hours per day, seven days per week; customers' calls are returned same day or next day.
The service is NOT an emergency medical service. Any ocular emergency should be directed to clients own GP.
