The aim of this service is to relieve stress in the caring situation, give carers a break, and avoid admission into hospital or residential care of the disabled person at a time when normal support is difficult. Care can take on a variety of forms according to need, either in the home or taking the cared person out for activities. An ansaphone operates after 1:00pm and that will give you the correct mobile number to ring for emergencies (this number changes frequently, so always check the ansaphone first). Geographical Area Covered: Cheltenham (including Winchcombe) and Tewkesbury.
