Comment: | The Refugee Legal Centre West London office provides representation to persons who have made an initial claim for asylum. They provide representation at first stage asylum appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT). They provide services to both detained and non-detained clients and assist in making bail applications and provide legal representations at bail hearings. They accept clients who directly approach them as well as referrals from local agencies.
The Refugee Legal Centre West London office is situated on the first floor. There is no lift and no wheelchair access, but they will conduct home visits for disabled clients if special circumstances require. Alternatively, disabled clients may be referred to the Central London office.
Professional interpreters are available for all full client interviews. Please note all services are subject to available resources. |
