Comment: | The Refugee Legal Centre in Nottingham provides advice and representation with initial asylum applications. They provide representation at first-stage asylum appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT). They represent detained clients in local prisons and immigration removal centres and assist in making bail applications, and provide legal representation at bail hearings before the AIT.
The Refugee Legal Centre Nottingham is unable to undertake reconsideration applications to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT) or work relating to Judicial Review to the High Court. They accept clients who directly approach us as well as referrals from local agencies.
