Comment:

The Refugee Legal Centre Croydon Office provides representation to persons who have made an initial claim for asylum. They provide representation at first stage asylum appeals before the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal (AIT). They hold specific expertise in representing unaccompanied and accompanied asylum seeking children as well as those children seeking asylum whose age is disputed.
Through Croydon Justice Centre they represent clients who have been victims of domestic violence, and they assist in making bail applications and provide legal representations at bail hearings. They accept clients who directly approach us as well as referrals from local agencies.
The Refugee Legal Centre Croydon has full wheelchair accessibility from the entrance to the rear of the building, and can offer home visits. They also have hearing loop facilities.
Professional interpreters are available for all full client interviews. Please note all services are subject to available resources.
