Organisation: The Children's Project - Circles Network

Comment:

The Children's Project works with children and young people who are isolated, at risk, or in danger of being excluded from society. The aim of the project is to support and empower children to build and develop social networks and to realise their ambitions. A Circles Network facilitor works to gain a true understanding of the desires of the focus person and to empower them and their family to make their dreams become reality.
The project works with disabled and disadvantaged children in schools, communities, or at home. Friendships and relationships are perhaps the most important thing to gain enjoyment of everyday life. The project's work principally builds on enabling children to make friends and feel a sense of belonging.
