Lesley is a UKCP Registered Integrative Psychotherapist and offers both brief and long term therapy. She maintains a private practice and also has experience of working within the NHS.
She describes her approach as "offering a safe place to look at what may be causing you distress or to explore ways in which you can develop your full potential. The therapeutic process aims to make sense of how your present feelings are connected to past experiences. A deeper understanding of yourself and how you are in relationship provides the possibility of a real and lasting change."
Lesley has a particular interest in working with trauma.
