Organisation:Gloucestershire Social Services - Adult Helpdesk

Comment:

Gloucestershire Social Services' Adult Helpdesk is the first point of contact for Social Services in the County. This is where all general enquiries regarding Social Services and requests for new referrals for adults and older people are received. Adult Helpdesk can provide information and help for adults and older people, their carers and relatives - regarding social care, health, housing, financial and general support needs. The aim is to provide easier access to multi-agency services in Gloucestershire.
The Adult Helpdesk works alongside the Children and Families Helpdesk (Tel. 01452-426565) and GUIDE Information (Tel. 0800-444000 or 01452-331131) in the Gloucestershire County Council Customer Service Contact Centre.

(Customers who have an open file with Social Services should contact their local Social Services area office; people who have a closed file will need to contact Adult Helpdesk again for further services.)
SevaLine on 01452-427000 is the contact line for people who speak Gujarati (see separate record).
