Saint Catherine's Court (SCC) is a rented housing development offering sheltered housing, including extraCare tenancies for those of retirement age. There is also a small number of properties allocated to young disabled clients. Extra Care Sheltered Housing at Saint Catherine's Court involves one contracted care provider being on site 24/7. The team of carers provide care for all those residents in receipt of an SSD care package.

There is always a minimum of one person on site, and this increases at the peak times of care. Care is provided as per the care packages set up by SSD, and they also administer care for any pull-cord emergencies, including from residents who are not in receipt of SSD care. Applications should be made through Gloucester City Council.
