Trish is the local contact for Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS). The local group meets on the second Wednesday each month from 7:30 to 9:30pm at a city centre location, convenient to the bus and rail station with free parking. The group offers emotional and practical support through a number of ways; telephone helplines, meetings, one-day conferences, residential events, bereavement packs etc. The organisation can provide a safe and confidential environment in which bereaved people can share their feelings and experiences and gain support from each other.
