Students with physical and sensory disabilites entering further and higher education or training at college or university within the UK and needing help with costs such as sign language interpreters, computers, carers, wheelchairs or other disability-related equipment or services can apply to this scheme for funding. Grants are awarded up to £2,000 per annum (maximum two years) to people preferably between seventeen and twenty five years, although older applicants will be considered funds permitting.
