Comment: | The award-winning Cotswold Home provides personal care for those who need some help with daily life and nursing care. The Home, built in the traditional Cotswold style, is located at Bradwell Grove just outside the attractive town of Burford. The Cotswold Home was opened in 1998 and has twenty one rooms for residents requiring personal care and thirty for those who need nursing care.
An individual care plan is made for each resident and regularly reviewed with the resident and their family. Residents are encouraged to live as independently as they wish and staff are on duty 24 hours a day to help in whatever way they can.
Medical care is undertaken by a local GP. The doctor can call or the resident can attend the surgery. In addition to long-term care, they offer convalescent, palliative and respite care.
