Comment: | The Gloucestershire Disability Forum, set up in 1998, is an independent forum of interested groups and individuals who meet to discuss and act upon current issues concerning disabled people in Gloucestershire. The Forum campaigns for better services and facilities for disabled people and it helps to raise public awareness of disabled people in the county. The Gloucestershire Disability Forum meets every three months at the Old Richians Sports and Social Club, Sandyleaze, Gloucester (dates / times held at GUiDE). It is supported by Gloucestershire Lifestyles and the Barnwood House Trust. The forum also maintains a central mailing list of two hundred disability groups and people in the county.
