Comment: | Cheltenham Borough Council has a Benefit Take-up Officer, Sharon Hammett. Sharon can be contacted for advice on all types of benefit, with the main focus on Housing and Council Tax Benefit. Help can be given to fill out forms, and home visits can be requested if needed.
Three 'drop-in' surgeries are held weekly:
Tuesdays, 10:00am to 1:00pm at the Cheltenham First Stop Shop;
Wednesdays, 10:30am to 1:30pm at the Municipal Offices Reception;
Thursdays, 9:00am to 1:00pm at the Coronation Square Office / Edinburgh Place. |
