Comment: | Gloucestershire Mediation Services (GMS) aims to provide an independent mediation service for people at all stages of breakdown in their relationship. They help to settle differences over residence of and contact with children, financial arrangements and property matters. The service is confidential and only breached when a child or adult is at risk. The service is provided at various venues. Translation service is also available. Legal aid is available in applicable cases. There is a twenty four hour ansaphone and e-mail facility.
Appointments are available as per mediator availability - variable but seldom beyond office hours. Although based in Gloucester, there are local centres in Coleford, Cheltenham and Moreton-in-Marsh. |
