Comment: | Cheltenham Community Projects (CCP) exists to improve the lives of children, young people, families and vulnerable. Their priority is to those who have been excluded or have excluded themselves from mainstream services. They work in partnership with the person and other agencies to enable them to reach their full potential in life. Services include:
+ Cheltenham Foyer - provides secure accommodation for young people across Cheltenham, with support options;
+ educational pathways for young people excluded, or at risk of exclusion, from schools;
+ community services - one-to-one support in the family home to reduce risk of family breakdown or eviction;
+ Cheltenham 1st. Stop, (at 301 High Street, Cheltenham) brings together voluntary and statutory service providers to give easy access to support, advice and guidance;
+ St. Paul's Community House - meeting the needs of households in St. Paul's, one of the most deprived wards in Gloucestershire;
+ Appropriate Adult (AA) Service, staffed by trained volunteers. |
