Comment: | Sense West provides a Regional Advisory Service to families, deafblind people and professionals working with them. An Adult Service department offering a range of residential provision and learning opportunities based on individual need for deafblind and multiply disabled sensory impaired adults. A Training and Consultancy Service offering advice and training to people involved with the education and care of deafblind children and adults. An assessment service is available for deafblind children and adults at home or at fully equipped centres at Birkdale Avenue or Bristol Family Centre.
There is also an Outreach Intervention and Communication / Guide service and day opportunities. |
