Comment: | BT have introduced the Light User scheme which is specifically designed to help those people who need a phone to stay in touch but make very few calls themselves. The less calls, the more rebate. BT phone customers will be charged the normal quarterly rental for their telephone line (£26.80 excluding VAT) and additional charges for any BT equipment they may be renting. Calls are charged at the normal rate, but they could receive a rebate if their call charges fall below £11.03 per quarter.
