Organisation:Abortion Rights

Comment:

Abortion Rights is a campaigning organisation working to defend and extend women's rights to safe, legal abortion. Abortion Rights aims to secure changes in law and practice to ensure that women in the UK have equal access to safe, legal, free abortion on request, and to improve the quality of women's experience of abortion.
They provide free information to women about their rights and how to overcome barriers to accessing abortion, and they provide an informed pro-choice voice for the media.
They are a membership and affiliation based campaigning organisation and encourage all supporters of a woman's right to choose to join.
Abortion Rights was formed by the merger of the National Abortion Campaign (NAC) and the Abortion Law Reform Association (ALRA).
