Comment: | The Society offers a service whereby statements and apropriate computer generated correspondence is transcribed into Braille and / or large print. Currently the service is provided either in situations where customers make a direct enquiry, or where staff recognise that transcription would be helpful. A cheque template is available for use with the Halifaxs current account, together with a note guide to assist identifying English notes. A selection of audio tapes are also available. |
