Organisation:National Association for Bikers with a Disability

Comment:

NABD was formed to help disabled riders get back on their vehicles after becoming disabled and to help disabled people who wish to take up motorcycling. They now have over one thousand seven hundred members and have a network of regional and county representatives throughout Britain and Ireland. One of the main ways in which NABD aims to help, is to design and fund adaptations to bikes and trikes to suit the disability of the rider.
They also help with gaining or regaining bike licences, or any problems the disabled rider is experiencing.
A quarterly magazine is published.
